The Pentecost Leadership Training and Retreat Center (PLTRC) is a wing of the Church of Pentecost USA-Inc. PLTRC is a center that trains the leaders and the general membership of the church. However, the facilities are also open to other denominations for training amd retreating purposes. The final approval for applications to use the facilities rests with the board of PLTRC.
